Introduction

At Storeily, we are committed to delivering high-quality products crafted with care. Every item goes through a strict quality check before dispatch.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

No Returns & No Exchanges


  • All purchases made on Storeily are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:


    Size or fit issues


    Change of mind


    Preference-related concerns


We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Exception: Defective or Damaged Products

We only assist in cases where the product received is defective or damaged.

Eligibility

A product will be considered defective if:


  • It is damaged during shipping

  • There is a clear printing defect

  • There is visible ink smudging, spillage, or manufacturing defect

Reporting Window


  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Process

To report a defective item:


  • Contact us at +91 7970357494

  • Share clear photo/video evidence of the issue

  • Provide your order details or proof of purchase

Resolution


  • After verification, we will offer a replacement of the same product

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided beyond replacement for defective items

Non-Returnable Conditions

Even in defect cases, the following conditions must be met:


  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Request must be raised within the defined timeline

Refund Policy


  • No refunds are provided for delivered orders

  • Refunds are only applicable in order cancellation cases (see below)

Order Cancellation & Refund


  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are sent for printing

  • Once printing or shipping is initiated, cancellation is not allowed

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy


  • COD is available on selected orders

  • No additional COD charges currently (subject to change)

Important conditions:


  • If a COD order is refused, future orders may require mandatory prepaid payment

  • Orders without a complete and valid address may be cancelled

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are applicable for COD orders, except in case of verified defective products (replacement only)

Shipping Policy (India)


  • Orders are processed within 3–5 working days

  • Delivery timeline: 2–10 working days after dispatch

  • Total delivery time: 5–15 working days from order confirmation

  • Shipping is currently available only within India

International Shipping (Coming Soon)

We will soon enable international shipping (US & EU). Details will be updated on the website once live.
