Returns, Exchange and Shipping Policy

At Storeily, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a defect or size issue, we are here to help with our returns and exchange policy.

Return Policy for Defective Products:

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns of products that are defective, such as items damaged during the shipping process, apparel with improper print, or those with spillage or smudging of ink.
  • Return Window: To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at +91 7970357494 with a description and photo / video evidence of the defect. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-returnable unless defective.

Exchange Policy for Size or Fit Issues Only:

  • Eligibility for Exchanges: For size or fit issues, we offer an exchange of the item. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. The item must also not be used, washed manually or in washing machine.
  • Exchange Window: Exchange request can be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, contact us at +91 7970357494 within 5 days of receiving your product. Provide details about the size or fit issue so we can assist you effectively.

Refunds (if applicable / prepaid order only):

  • Inspection of Return: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Cancellation of Order and Refund:

  • Refund on order cancellation is possible only if the item has not be send for printing. In case if the item has been sent for printing or dispatched using courier, order cancellation will not be accepted. In that case , you may choose to return or exchange the item based on the policy details mentioned above.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders are not eligible for any returns. COD orders can only be exchanged for size/fit issues or can be replaced for defective product received.

Shipping Policy (India):

  • All confirmed ordered are typically shipped within 3-5 working days using standard (surface) transport or expedited (air) transport and reach delivery location within 2-10 working days after it is shipped depending on the delivery location.
  • Based on the timelines above the minimum timeline for delivery is 5 working days and maximum is 15 working days once order is confirmed.
  • We only ship to all locations in India at the moment

Shipping Policy - Starting Shortly (International / US and EU Only):

  • We will be starting international shipping shortly and will update on the website once international shipping is enabled.
  • For international Shipping (US and Europe locations only) All confirmed ordered products will typically be shipped within 3-5 working days using standard international shipping. Shipping time may vary somewhere between 7 days to 30 days depending on your location.
